You will track your weight, blood pressure or other health data, and also use the app to take a picture that proves your data is accurate. You can only use this App if your employer or health plan is sponsoring a wellness program that uses this App. You will need to log in to use this App. If you don t have a Username and Password yet, go to www.extracon.com and click Register before you download this App.

Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
